I had to do blood today and didn't, because I am a @#$%^&*(*&^%$%^^&. I forgot my mask, couldn't find my standing orders, they only do it by appointments now, and only two people are allowed in at the same time. I was going to get all these things checked but forgot to tell the person that could have easily checked all those items for me, but nooooooooooo. I am so angry, and no one to blame but ME! I have to see my RA doctor next week, after postponing twice already, and I can't change it again. I am going to have a long talk with myself.

I know it's easy to say and sometimes hard to hear, but please don't beat yourself up. And definitely don't call yourself bad words.
Not wanting to invalidate your anger, but this whole deal is frustrating everyone, with everyone being thrown out of their routines. I recently had one of those things where something I did -- couldn't blame anyone else -- really screwed me up. We will all have "those days" for the rest of our lives and the COVID frustration makes everything so much harder.

I used to consider myself semi-intelligent but it seems most things I used to know are not always working out that way.

I am truly blessed. 9 years ago when I was going through my brain surgeries I thought normal life was over. After a few years I really began to re-gain my faculties. I just have to thank God and and a wonderful Christian brain surgeon !!

Don't be so hard on yourself, Red. I thought I made a mistake once, but I was wrong.

Faith is the most important thing and the thing that our detractors lack.
