My leaf vac has arrived at the dealership, will pick it up this afternoon. Then if the leaves dry out I can actually use it! Almost all the leaves are down now because it has been so windy this week. Most of them are in my yard. Trade it in on a snow blower?

I have a snowblower, and an even better skidloader. It's the crappy leaves I have trouble with, they should be dry by daybreak, then I can assemble the new vac and be rid of them for the year.

We never know from season to season, what kind of snow load we're going to get. In those particular years, thank God for John Deere and the bucket loader. If I chain it up in November, we'll not get much. If I don't, we'll get three feet in less than 48 hours.

Oh no kidding, the JD skidloader digs me out in an hour from any snow event. Shoveling and raking are the two things my spinal graft hates, I get really bad headaches with the pain as well. Now I've got all the secret weapons at the ready!!!
Today the box will be opened and the leaf vac will be assembled; it's rather heavy so I have enlisted some help. The forecast for Tuesday has twelve hours of snowfall scheduled totaling 3-5". That would be a record-breaker for MN if it happened. I don't want snow.
