She doesn't have fleas. See how the inside of her mouth and her tongue is all nice and pink, and full of blood. One of the first signs of a flea infestation on your animal is the normal pink areas of the mouth are kind of grayish.

Another good flea detection technique is to check their bellies for little brown spots, then wet a paper towel and wipe them. The spots will look like blood on the paper towel if there are fleas present, they leave droppings on dog tummies.
